I was very disappointed with the company The Digital Group. I selected their services because they had good reviews and I was told by one of their employees that the service would be great. However what I received was a terrible experience. First my technician did not show up for his appointment and then when he finally showed up he did not have any equipment to work on my computer. He also said that it would take longer than expected which only made things worse. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am going to contact customer service about the experience.

I have had to contact customer service multiple times to be told that my account is only available to customers who live in the United States. The last time I happened to call they were doing a cancel account because my credit card was about to run out. I understand that you are limited on time but I would like my money back or at least a refund.
