I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I called to schedule an appointment to try out their new bankless ATM and the woman on the phone said that I wasnt allowed to because they were already full. I told her that I was just coming over and she said well then youre not welcome. She hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

Dont use this company at all. The ATMs dont work and the customer service is horrible. I called them and they said its because of the new credit card rules that are coming in - no one knows when these will go into effect so they cant touch the machines. Dont bother using this company.

I have had a negative experience with company tranact.com. I went to use their bankless ATM and the machine wouldnt work. When I called customer service they said that the problem was with my card and not the machine. They said that I could either go to a nearby store to get a new card or try again later. I didnt want to waste time going back there so I decided to try again later. After another failed attempt I finally got through and deposited my money in the bank using my old card. The entire process took about an hour and it cost me 30. My advice would be not to use this company unless youre absolutely sure that you wont have any problems after trying them out first

I have used this company a few times now and Ive had to say that its the worst. First of all their ATMs are not bankless - they require you to use your old debit card which really makes things difficult. Second of all their customer service is terrible. They always seem to be busy but never able to help you out. Finally their website is very slow and clunky.

I cant stand the way theyCompare Bankless ATMsCompany tranact.com is a money making opportunity for users who are looking for an efficient safe and successful way to pay with your transactions done through their bankless atm management system. However there are some who have had less luck with them and find that company tranact.com does not work at all and is actually a copy of other well-known applications which allow users to cards into the network without having to worry about being seen as a potential thief.

They are who they say they are but really theyre a front for a series of Integrity Banks Ltd. or IBLs that were once again caught in theNCR Zeppelin cash machine sting operation last year. Its all very well for ICE and the like to identify moneylaundering shows and seizures but how is it goyland then to have these real-life bankulsThe company seems to be based in the European Union where business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm and 4pm to 7pm and there is no phone number or website anymore. If you do try tranact.com it will Clarks your information and give you a link to their online accountancy service.
