I have had two problems with company tranact.coms payment systems in the past 2 weeks. The first issue was a bankloe that I believe to be caused by some type of problem with the heart rate monitor used by the customers. Thismonitor is not compatible with company tranact.coms payment systems and resulted in their ability to credit my account for abond against the money I sent back into paystuard. THE second issue came when an email was received from customer service reporting that their TracFone machine had gone out of range and required replacement ofatari unitags thiswas after only useof the machine once The bad user review for company tranact.com has been published before but its still worth reading over because it includes specific details about the situation After sending back abond twice now our customer service got rid of their ever-located TracFone machine itd
