.I was this companys yoga mat and it was supposed to help me improve my customer service. I didnt think that it worked. So I left. Then I found Outbound Call Center for Marketing Sales Automation and is now back. This time Im not looking to boost my case management skills or increase the conversion rate of our marketing team. My goal is to get better customer service but I cant tell you how many times Ive been told you dont need this company. Its like they want you to be a expert in their product and not just use it. Come on what do you take with you when you goI would recommend looking elsewhere for upcallerscustomers because company upcall.com makes your case management skills obsolete.
