I have used vertitechit.com for years and I always had great experiences. However after one purchase I was extremely disappointed with their product. The device they sent me did not work at all and the customer service was absolutely terrible. They would not refund my money and instead said that I needed to send them a new device which I already had in hand from another purchase. Horrible experience overall and will never use this company again

Im so disappointed with this company. I used to be very happy with their products until recently. Now all of a sudden my computer is freezing and wont turn on at all Its been happening for about six months now and its just getting worse and worse. Ive even brought it in to the store multiple times and they never seem to have a clue whats wrong with it. Absolute garbage.
