I would not recommend Visonex to anyone. The software is terrible and I have had a lot of problems with it. My CKD has gotten worse and worse since I started using it and now my dialysis bills are sky high.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I went to visonex.com to buy their Dialysis EMR Software and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the software and the customer service. The software is very outdated and does not work well at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

SoftwareI just had to write a bad review of company visonex.com. Theyre in the business of selling EMR software and this customer is not happy. The CKD Analytics software is terrible and the dialysis billing software is incapable of doing anything about thepayers CKD. Most importantly company visonex.com sells EMR software that is nothing more than a luxury and this customer was getting by without it and thats why Ive given them a negative star rating.
