I had to call them multiple times for different services and my calls were always answered with hostility or a lack of knowledge about what was happening. They also did not seem to care about their customers and only wanted to make money. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for any kind of quality IT support in the Bay Area.

Company Vncsolutions is a terrible organization. They are always looking for new ends to pursue and so they get along well with those who are not dedicated to their success. However it is important to be true to your individual goals and take care of your work as much as possible. Despite this the company does not take into account anyone who bodies weak points or those who have any concerns that may cause problems in the future. So far they have worked on numerous projects and I have to say that the only thing I was happy about was the service that I received. The most noticeable problem that I had was with their communication which was often terrible. If I wanted to ask a question there was usually someone else who had more experience than me who could answer me quickly. However it can be quite lengthy to try and ask them something because there is no response system in place . Additionally if you do have a problem with something then there is no one to

I have just finished my work here and am very disappointed. The work is arelio incremental and the quality is not up to par. There has been a lot of removed culture change and now company vncsolutions.com support is for beginners only and sometimes its difficult to get started with the site. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
