I have only used this company for IT support services. I was extremely disappointed with their level of quality and customer service. They were unhelpful and very slow in responding to my requests. Additionally they did not seem to understand the importance of security when it comes to their services. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just opened this email to find the bad news. Our company has been in the IT support services business for many years and we have never had this kind of issues before. We are currently experiencing this issue with a computer that is located in the house where we live. Were not sure what the problem is but we know that our computer is not being used as it should be. Were really sorry for the inconvenience were about to cause. HiWere sorry to hear that youve been having some problems using our companys online services. We work hard every day to keep our users safe but they have had an issue yesterday that created concern. A computer located in your house was affected by the issue and they will be returning tomorrow.
