I have had trouble with this company before. They are always happy to help after the problem is fixed. This time they were not so happy with the solution. The company provides a outdated and incomplete database of ArkinSoft products but still offers Rallye Software for free. I do not think that this company will cause any problems for me again.

I just signed up for a free trial and my first step is to create a basic account. After that Im given a name and phone number. Ive tried creating accounts before but its always been so easy to get into the system thanks to the sign-up process and the fact that I know my personal information is protected. Thats until today. company arkinsoftware.com created a very long and Survivalist-y applications development HOWTO which tells me nothing about their product or how much time theyll take to provide functionality of any kind. For example theres an app doctor who says get back in touch with your app at carrier level but no function calldirectly from ArkinSoft What Theres an even older one who says you can use his phone code when he didnt have one working himself the old app doctor did.
