This company is terrible. I have had to call them a total of four times now because my phone keeps going out and they cant find the problem. The first time it was just a little glitch and they were super helpful but then the next two times it was something more serious and I couldnt even talk to them about it because they said there was no way I could fix it. And the third time after making so many complaints they finally gave me a new phone which barely works and charges me extra for doing so. So overall this company does not deserve one star.

ServicesI just registered withaciallee and received a account with azurmobile.fr. So I thought I would give them a try. The service is pretty bad. The app is Downloads - App World - its really slow and doesnt seem to be working very well. I have tried different phone numbers and different plans but it keeps saying the number you have logged in is too small. I even used the app on my iPhone and it was barely recognisable as an app from the Android OS. So Ive called them multiple times and they just make no noise And the customer support is either not at all what they said or only does things thats already done. They also say that they want to improve the app but never do. overall Im very unhappy with this company and my experience so far.

CountryI have had two different cases for my phone and they have never failed to protect it. The last time I got a new one I wanted to take it back to the store so they would have to return the old one and get a new one made just for mobile cases.I am not happy with company azurmobile.frs customer service or their ability to protect your phone. Your phone is likely safe but you should take care when making purchases with them as they may be changing customers.
