My family has had to call them multiple times to get our homes dryer fixed because it would start randomly with a loud noise and wouldnt turn on anymore. And now we have to go through the hassle of returning the equipment and getting another one...again

I have had to repair my computer several times because of their errors and the last time it was because of a coding error in one of their products. Do not bother with them you will be much better off without them.

I have contacted company dasolucionesit.com.mx many times and they have been very responsive. They gave me a range of options and help with how to go about this. However I havent received any follow up contact from them yet. Its not as if they did anything to help me when I started the survey. So Im left feeling pretty frustrated.
