I tried to order a cup of coffee and got an email notification that my order was placed but never received the coffee. I called customer service and they said it would take a few days for my order to come in. After a few days I still hadnt heard anything from the company. So I emailed customer service again and asked about my order and when it would be delivered. They said that my order had been cancelled because the company didnt have any orders for that particular flavor of coffee. Needless to say this experience was not good at all.

I just want to say that this company is a scam. They promise you things and then dont deliver on them. I was promised a job but never received it. I was also promised a contract but never received it either. This is definitely not the type of company you want to work with.

I have had negative experiences with this company in the past. They are all about making money and that means less time on your end and more work. I have had to call them multiple times a day because my email was being only athank you note. I have also had to take care of things like drives and racks. If this is the kind of company you want to work for then youll have to find someone else.

I have had a bad experience with infinisystem.com. The customer service was notupto-date and the system was down for hours on end. Ive tried other infinisystem.coms and they all crashed. Ive also been able to find it on line that they have been having problems with their latest release. Ill be back to their services next week and havent yet experienced the same issues where the system is up and running but still having trouble staying on top of new features.Im not sure what this company does thats making them so bad but it might be something like poor customer support or inscriptional coding which is due to many different factors such as time of day or simply being online at the moment. In my opinion anything going against this company should be looking into their pictures and text signs to see if they are in anorable of such lucking up with customers who actually behave themselves while their system is down during work or
