I have had a negative experience with this company. I was given a quote for outsourced web hosting support and after doing some research found out that the services offered by this company are not representative of what would be provided by a professional web host. The service is very basic and does not offer the level of support that would be needed to keep my website up and running smoothly. Additionally the prices quoted were much higher than what I could find locally. Overall I did not feel safe using this company as my previous experiences with them have been negative.

I was extremely disappointed with company instacarma.com. They are in the business of Outsourced Web Hosting Support - Manage IT Services - Cloud Solutions and their service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with my computer and they never seem to be able to solve the problem. The support representative is always unhelpful and doesnt seem to understand how my computer is working. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what this company does but its pretty much what I do. I am a customer service representative for them for the past two years. And I can say that they are BULLISH and DO NOT wan to help me. There is no return policy and they will never listen to someone if they dont want to be heard. They tried to fix a messed up hosting situation that was going on for months but I was always unhelpful and always had something others wanted to talk about. So now Im out of luck and have to find another hosting company.

I just returned from Instacarma.com and absolutely terrible experience. My account was processed and I needed to change my password but when I updated my password the company produced a new one and changed it on their website. I sent them a email about this and they refused to listen. They asked for my computer information and then created a new account with it. Nothing happened with my account other than I needed to change my password. Then they took my money back because theyre not going to help me without their computer information. Imined that company isRAWKKED UP AND THAT THEIR SERVICES ARE MORE MAINTAINED BY OUTSourced Web Hosting Support - Manage IT Services - Cloud Solutions
