.COM1. Do not use this company if you do not have an IT degree They will make you work for them for no reason and then tell you its because of your skills2. The customer service is terrible I had to email them four times to get ahold of someone and they never replied back even though I sent multiple messages.3. The prices are outrageous and the quality of their services is poor. I would not recommend these people to anyone

.I just bought some software from MAMSYS. I was very disappointed with the service. I had to contact them multiple times to get my IT solutions and support updated. There was no email notification of this happening. Then I had to lose my connection to my computer and needed a new graphics card. MAMSYS did not even realize they were doing this. Overall I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend them to others in the same situation.

.I am not happy with my recent IT Services Company IT Solutions IT Support - MAMSYS. I have had to contact customer service fewer than twice to get anyone to even look at my account. Each time they were only willing to do a fast email response and not actually help me. The first time I had to call them up about an account I lost communication for over an hour before they finally helped me out. The second time was a different issue but they said they would take care of it. Its been almost a year now and still no progress. Do not bother trying to reached this company.
