The results have been very unsatisfactory. I have tried numerous programs and tools both written and online. I have also visited their website and read some of the testimonials. It seems that many peoples experiences with Novateus have been negative. Thank you for your helpI was this persons customer service representative back in the day. We would give our original review after our experience at Novateus so people knew what they were getting into. is terribleCompany Novateus is terrible I have had service from them for about 4 years now and have never had any issues. However when I started to try and do something about the situation they would not listen to me. They would just keep telling me that they are a company of custom software developers and I should go ahead with the project regardless of what it is. Well I was able to get a meeting with their president and she told me that they were not going to let me finish the project even though it was important to the company. She also said that she believed that I was worth my weight in gold and that she wanted me on her team but then again she is only human so she made some mistakes too. So while I am sure it wasnt the best experience its worth it knowing that I got something out of the meeting.

is terribleI just got surgery and will be using this company for all my software development needs. They have no work-time ETAs or customer service skills when it comes to developing software. Ive had to many problems with other companies in the past where my technology was spotty at best and they would not work on time or at all. Its been wonderful working with Novateus now I have to figure out what to do with the rest of my life.
