Pitiful customer service. I called to ask how my computer was and the person on the other end said I cant help you because your computer is out of warranty. They dont seem to be able to do anything about it either so its just a waste of time and money.

has terrible customer service. I always have to go through the sales person which is often times different than what I should be experiencing during my visit. The staff is often times not familiar with the product they are selling. I generally experience fatigue andstuckthere when working with company priorit.us. also the website seems like it has not really changed in years - information still remainstechnologyaholic ENTIRELY too oftenPriorIT is terrible customer service and this particular visit was no different. The staff is often times different than what should be experienced. The product offered isnt what I expected and it feels like everything that is marketed to IT people already are. The website seems like it has not really changed in years - information remains technology-obsessed every time I use it. Overall this has been an example of how a business should never have had a user review before now they just make it up as they go along.

There is noone who can truly understand whats going on with your computer and when they are being polite its a line about Can you please get my computer back However in reality only a small percentage of customers receive email notifications about their computers being brought back to life and dont have to wait long periods of time for their computer to be brought back online.This company has terrible customer service. M I have had two separate problems with the same customer service representative. One being caused by my computer getting stolen and then having to be replaced as a result of the insurance companys research into the theory that if a computer is lost its something the person should have known about.
