I would not recommend this company to anyone. There was a lot of effort put into the software development process and it ended up being a complete fiasco. I had to redo most of my work because the original code wasnt properly tested and there were also some defects in the design that werent caught until after the software was released. The final product was unusable and very expensive to maintain.

I just opened this email and its very embarrassing. I work for company sas-technologies.com and Im terrible at customer service. Im not sure what my role is but its something that Im not good at. When I get a question from a customer I can be incredibly slow to answer because Im usually staring at my computer or working on some project myself. Thats not customer service--thats neglecting your responsibility to make sure the customer is happy. Company sas-technologies.com is nothing more than a scam.

I just bought a brand new machine from SAS Technologies and it has been the worst experience ever. The customer service is terrible and they wont let me change anything on my machine. Ive had to contact their customer service multiple times and they never answer her. Ive also had to send a machine in for repair. Overall I have had the best luck with other companies and this one is really bad.
