I have worked with Silvertouchtech for a number of years now and have always been very impressed by the level of service and attention to detail that they provide. They are one of the only companies I know who can offer an RPA Consulting solution in the UK and their ability to work with different software packages means that you always have a choice of what is best for your business. Their attention to detail is also top notch meaning that anything you might need or want to change about your business is always taken into account before any final decisions are made. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent quality service at a fraction of the cost

They never seem to get the message about what they are supposed to be doing or how their services will help my business. In addition their prices are extortionate. Lastly they do not understand English very well so it is difficult to communicate with them.

I was very unhappy with the service I received from Silvertouchtech.co.uk in the business of RPA Consulting. The consultant who provided me with my SAP ERP solution was not able to provide me with a satisfactory solution to my needs and instead only offered me solutions that were too costly for what I needed. Additionally the consultant did not seem to understand how SAP works and was unable to provide me with any advice on digital transformation. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are looking for a high-costSolution that will not deliver on their promises.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The work they did for me was terrible and it took a lot of time and effort just to get anything done. They also said that I would never be able to use their software because it is not compatible with SAP ERP Solution 12 but I have been using it on and off for years now without any problems.

StudioI have just returned from my very first SilvertouchTech conference The most important part of my day was spending time with our amazing attendee network which included some of the top names in the business learning about our new SAP ERP Solution called Digital Transformation and how it will be used by our clients.After numerous Norwexic challenges caused by a late night internet search and some great discussions afterwards we finally found ourselves at SilvertouchTechs parent company AIML Studio where we were given a charge for silence. It was nice to finally be able to ask any question or ask someone they know who could help us with something we knew nothing about and soon found out were told that silky TI heels could never hope to Hold Our Light during the blackouts which started happening last minute due to this and other stories of people going without food or water for days on end because their office was completely dark.Its been really good to be working with

I was this companys cold caller for a few weeks and I had to leave after being told that my experience would be used in the companys marketing campaign. The customer service was terrible - they were very slow to provide an apology and they never did get my question answered. Overall I wasnt happy with their service and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

alypseI was very disappointed with my recentsilvertouchtech.co.uk purchase. The user review is a negative example of what I thought was a poor experience. I am not sure who bought the product and it is not associated with Silvertouch Technology but when I checked the website they looked like they had been taken over by someone who may have changed the name or something. For starters the product information page was correct but once I clicked on the product it was all been taken down and some features had been added such as an email notification for products that have been sold but not yet delivered. So now Im waiting for at least 3 weeks for my money backThis user has never used this product
