I have just returned from my current job with Silvertouchtech. I can say that the work environment is and has been great at Silvertoothtech since its inception over 10 years ago. The only downside is that things are more difficult now days to find someone who wants to do business with you know consult on your SPS or ERP solution as then Iederis etc ect. But overall the company provides an excellent service which is also expensive compared to other firms in the same position. The customer service here was good until about 2 months ago when all seemed lost due to a lack of support from management unfortunately this has not there- lately Escalate a teamwho seem go above and beyond for their clients havent managed to get anyone through customer service ever . However recent weeks have seen a change in attitude where various department managers have taken ownership of their product and seems happy even if a little bit Mintiai had before
