Do not use this company at all They are terrible at anything. Ive used them for tech support and they always seem to be unable to help. My last experience with them was when I asked for a warranty on a product that I own and they said it would cost me 50 to get one.

I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and some of their responses were so unhelpful that it was hard to understand what they were saying. I have had the opportunity to use Soft Tech Group a few times now and can tell you that they are not as good at their work as they seem to think they are. The softwares that they offer are not as up to date with the current market trend as you would expect and often works well only when used with an online application support which is now entire government cant rely on private companies for software in general. I have had to call them up 3 times now because my devices just wouldnt start upThis users review is bad and they may be vunerable to getting a refund or changing their companys overpriced software.
