"Im A Huge Softway Fan And Have Been For"
Softway, Review Specifics:
Im a huge softway fan and have been for years but this company is terrible. The first time I used them they were very slow in getting my order processed and then when it did finally get processed they only had a few small items in stock. Then the second time I tried to order something that was out of stock and they said it would take forever to get it to me. And then after waiting forever for my product the product arrived completely broken. Basically softway just doesnt understand how customers want their products delivered - if you dont have an address or your phone number they cant do anything about it

Im not a big fan of this company. Theyre in the business of build resilient organizations andtransform workplace culture but they seem to do a terrible job at it. First off their website is very outdated and difficult to navigate. Second their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to wait forever for my order to come back after I placed it and they tell me its going to take forever for it to get shipped. And finally the products they sell are garbage. They dont work well at all and make your workplace much more hostile and uncomfortable than it needs to be. Avoid this company if you can

I researched Softway before I made the purchase. I found that they were one of the most reputable companies when it comes to Build Resilient Organizations and Transform Workplace Culture. However after purchasing their service I was extremely disappointed. The first thing that I noticed was that Softway did not seem to be very responsive to my inquiries or concerns. Additionally their customer service sucks They said things like Were sorry but we are closed for lunch which just soundsimoniously bad in my opinion. Overall I would not recommendSoftway to anyone.

Ive never heard such negative reviews before so Im not sure what theyre vouching for. softway.com is probably a scam or maybe she was just too tired from the days workThis company is nothing but a scammers way to make money off of you. You cant trust anything in this company anymore including the products and services they offer. I dont know how anyone can recommend this company to others given the bad starts theyve had first time around here.
