I would not recommend tech-synergy.com to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I have had to call them multiple times for different types of help and they never seem to be able to get back to me until its too late. They also do not seem very interested in helping you with your legal transcription needs - in fact they seem more interested in making money off you than anything else. Overall I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at everything. Thetranscription service is terrible and the call center is even worse. I have had to switch companies multiple times because of the incompetence of these people.

I just had a people skills training and it was amazing But then I had to use all of my own energy to keep the conversations up because now they need people with very small groups to be able to work together.tech-synergy.com does not require a person with small groups to complete their transactions.
